Questions about packages
What does the USD 50 cover?
It is a one-off fee, not yearly. It makes the profile yours for good: the Claimed badge, full editing, document uploads for verification, enquiries and monthly view reports. The same fee applies whether you add a new organisation or claim one that is already listed.
How do donations work on the Impact package?
From Impact upwards you can switch on a Donate button. Donors give by card through Paystack, settled directly to your organisation’s bank account (a 5% platform fee supports the directory), or by M-Pesa straight to your own Paybill or Till number. We never hold your donations.
How do the yearly subscriptions work?
After you list or claim your organisation, log in and open your organisation dashboard to subscribe to Impact, Partner or Champion. Each runs for 12 months from the day you pay and can be renewed or upgraded at any time.
What happens if I don’t renew a subscription?
Nothing is lost: you keep managing your profile at the Essential level you paid for once. Only the extra subscription perks (donations, featured placement, spotlights) stop until you renew.
How are claims checked?
If your work e-mail matches your organisation’s website, the claim is approved instantly. Otherwise our team reviews it, usually within two working days, using the documents you upload after paying.
